Data Deletion
Last updated: August 7, 2026
1. Purpose
This page explains how to delete your Perroly account and all associated personal data, including data obtained from connected platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube). It supplements our Privacy Policy.
2. Delete your account from the app
The fastest method is to delete your account directly from your personal dashboard:
- Sign in at app.perroly.com
- Open “Settings”, then the “Account” tab
- Click “Delete my account”
- Confirm the deletion: the request is recorded immediately
3. Disconnect a single platform
If you want to keep your Perroly account but revoke access to one specific social network, open “Settings” then “Connected accounts” and click “Disconnect” next to the relevant platform. The corresponding access token is revoked immediately and the data obtained from that platform is deleted from our systems.
You can also revoke Perroly’s access directly from the platform’s own settings: Facebook and Instagram via “Settings › Apps and websites”, Google and YouTube via “Google Account › Security › Your connections to third-party apps”, LinkedIn via “Preferences › Permitted services”, and TikTok via “Settings › Security › Manage connected apps”.
4. Request deletion by email
If you can no longer access your account, send a request to admin@perroly.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject “Delete my data”. We may ask for information allowing us to verify your identity before processing the request, in order to prevent fraudulent deletions.
Your request is processed within a maximum of 30 days, and we confirm the deletion by email.
5. What is deleted and when
Upon receipt of your request, the following are deleted from our servers:
- Your account, profile and settings
- Access tokens for connected platforms, revoked immediately
- Imported content, scheduled posts and drafts
- Synchronized messages, conversations and automations
- Statistics and analytics data linked to your accounts
6. Data retained on an exceptional basis
Some data may be retained beyond account deletion where the law requires it: invoicing documents and accounting records, kept for the applicable statutory period, as well as data strictly necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Such data is archived with restricted access and is no longer used for operational purposes.
Posts already published on your social networks are not removed by this procedure: they belong to your accounts on those platforms and must be deleted from there.
7. Contact
For any question regarding the deletion of your data or the exercise of your rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection): admin@perroly.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
