Connect your social media accounts to Perroly
Every network connects through its own official authorization window. Here is what changes from one to the next.
Instagram and Facebook

connects with your personal profile. Perroly automatically detects the Company Pages you administer: when publishing, you choose whether the post goes out under your name or a Page’s.
TikTok
requires a Business (or Creator) account that is not set to private before connecting. If that is not done yet, the TikTok prerequisites guide covers both steps.
A current limit, independent of those settings: until Perroly passes TikTok’s audit, posts go out with Only you visibility, not publicly. That is a TikTok-side limit, not a Perroly setting to change.
YouTube and X
connects with your Google account. connects directly, with no particular prerequisite.

Frequently asked questions
Does Perroly see my Instagram or Facebook password?
No. Every connection goes through the relevant platform’s official window: you sign in with them, never with Perroly.
Why are my TikTok posts only visible to me?
Until Perroly passes TikTok’s audit, the API forces "Only you" visibility on posts scheduled through third-party tools. This lifts automatically once the audit is passed.
Can I connect more than one account per network?
Yes, the Accounts page accepts multiple accounts per network, useful for managing several brands or clients from the same Perroly workspace.
What happens if I disconnect an account by mistake?
You can reconnect it anytime from Accounts. The history of posts and messages already handled by Perroly stays intact.
Can I connect a LinkedIn Page without going through a personal profile?
No. The connection always goes through a personal LinkedIn profile, which then gives access to the Pages that profile administers. There is no direct connection to a Page alone.
Do I need to reconnect my accounts regularly?
No, the connection stays active until you revoke it on the platform’s side or in Perroly. Reconnecting only matters after a permissions or email change to review.
